The trail follows the old mule track made of stone which, crossing old towns and beechwoods, goes up until the pasture of Seccio alp.
The trail alternates amazing natural views and old architectures. Many chapels can be found along the trail, together with oratories and churches rich in pictorial testaments.

Old towns are found along the trail, just like Solivo, placed on the sunny coast where ancient houses can be seen. They are mostly abandoned today, but they offer a nice reading of the old architectural techniques, when wood and stones where skillfully used to build three stories houses.
